Since 2004, The Cheff-Lanctot Team has known constant expansion, positioning itself as a leader in the real estate market of the Greater Montreal region.

In 2008 The Cheff-Lanctot Team was listed amongst the top 10 Century 21 teams in Canada. This productivity has, in turn, led us to be designated as “Centurion Team”. This “CENTURION TEAM” award is a symbol of excellence that is obtained by a group having achieved a business volume that exceeds the National average. Combined with the results obtained, The Cheff-Lanctot Team has succeeded in ranking itself as #1 Century 21 team in Quebec.

The year 2009 was an exceptional year, The Cheff-Lanctot Team ranked 1st in all of Canada’s Century 21 Team’s by completing the highest number of real estate transactions. This large number of transactions also enabled the team to receive the GRAND CENTURION title, awarded to brokers having obtained a very high level of commissions.

Our determination, perseverance and an underlying quest for perfection, helped us keep our #1 Team in Canada title for 2010, 2011 and 2012!

Aiming to conquer new hights in 2013, The Cheff-Lanctot Team joined the Keller Williams family (the #1 real estate agency in Northern America with 800 offices and more then 105 000 real estate brokers!).

L’Équipe Cheff-Lanctot réussi dès sa première année (2013) à se classer #1 au Canada chez Keller Williams pour avoir effectuées le plus grand nombre de transactions. During it’s first year with Keller Williams Urbain (2013), The Cheff-Lanctot Team was able to obtain the title of #1 Team in Canada for the number of transactions that it concluded.
